Sang View analyses online-shop information to produce simulated shopping-readiness reports. This policy explains the information we process and why.

Information we process

We may process shop URLs, publicly available catalogue and policy information, merchant-supplied catalogue files, Shopify store identifiers, encrypted access tokens, report results, contact details supplied by customers and essential service logs.

How information is used

Information is used to run requested checks, produce and deliver reports, maintain secure store connections, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Shopify access

Shopify connections request read-only product access. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Sang View does not publish changes to a connected store through the current scanner.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate Sang View. Reports and connection records are retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve support issues.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and ask for a Shopify connection to be removed. Contact sangview.ai@gmail.com.
